Car retained worse from service

On the 15th May, took may car for repairs (light flickering), i dropped the car and later got a call for the quotes which was way too much then I asked them to leave it. When I got there to take the car I realized lot of things weren't functioning (no lights at all, windows were affected, indications weren't functioning). For some reason the left front window was opened and I couldn't even close it, I reported it and they had to take the car in. I had to wait for that to be fixed. I explained to the service lady by the name of Lebo, that the reason I took in the car was because of the light flickering, however it had the problems I didn't encounter before, she then said she'll find out from the techician and she'll come back to me. Even to date she hasn't told me what happened. I was very ****ed with their service, 3 days later I got the call from them, asking me to rate their service, I complained further and the same person apologized and promised to come back to me, still waiting for their call. It was the 2nd time I was experiencing bad service from BMW, last year I took my car for service and it surprised me with unknown lights on the cluster. I had to return it immediately.
