Cannot believe the pathetic response from BMW SA!!

My BMW X5 is at Auto Alpina Boksburg for a week now. I complained to BMW SA and nothing has been done until now!! I have to phone them numerous times to get feedback and they DONT even have an answer for me!!! I paid a fortune for my X5 and this is the pathetic level of services i am getting!! I am off to Germany next weekend. I will go see BMW there and complain to them! BMW SA will have to reimburse all me expenses!! Sickening people!!
