Call me because you guys don’t answer

I need to get BMW SOUTH AFRICA to help me .I bought a new 1 series and every 3 months there is a problem with the car, cluster issues whereby Germany has to dial in , then it refuses to switch on and then this Sunday it didn’t want to switch off and then didn’t want to switch on, and let’s not talk about the service at BMW SOUTH they always have excuses when it comes to reports and refer me to BMW SA. Service Quality definitely has dropped.
