BWM Sandton full of **** mx!!

Service department full of **** , and no response or even feedback my car has been there for a week for a clutch replacement. If a clutch can be replaced in less than 2 days why is mine taking a full week. Calling them all the time and no courtesy from the service guy. The worst service ever !
