Buy the car - and after motorplan go private.

Lovely cars, but wow their aftersales stinks. In respect of BMW Sandton, "Wow, has their service gone from fine to non-existent. You have to beg service advisors to get back to you. No explanations are given as to why parts have to be changed etc. Have had to take it to a private mechanic to sort out the balance of the work where BMW quoted plus minus 50k (with no explanations) and the private quote was about 25K. Also it counts as a second opinion. If your car is out of motorplan I wouldn't bother."
