Buy anything else except a BMW.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 30d an approximately a year ago for just under R1,8mil at SMG Tygervalley.

Three weeks after buying the the X5 I received a call from BMW that the engine was replaced on arrival. No sales person nor the DP ever told us about this.

BMW SA also did not care and shunned all responsibility.

The pathetic car is leaking oil (is this not just like an old joke with BMW...that is why the joke is true).

Buy anything except a BMW! For the same price you can buy a Porsche Cayenne 3l which build quality is significantly better.

The sales staff is not to blame as they carried no knowledge of the mess that BMW SA caused.
