Bring back my ****** parts

Once a BMW fan till I bought one and took in in for service at BMW Sandton auto to be precise. First my car went in for over a month to be fixed for a broken belt, two days after collection after paying a **** lot of money the same problem occurred. Guess what? No one helped even BMW SA for the misdiagnose error that the dealer made, took it back told me the parts were still under warranty. Then came back and told me that have diagnosed the car properly this time I have to pay again a **** lot of money again, well I did only to realize parts on my sunroof and roof rack were missing. Reported this to the dealer but three weeks later I'm still waiting for their response. Once a fan of BMW till I bought one.
