Brake Disc Debacle

<p>The front disc brakes on my 2012 320d F30 have a Minimum thickness of 22.4 mm stamped on the disc.</p> <p>It would be resonable to assume that the minimum thickness is 22.4 mm as per the BMW Customer Care.</p> <p>The disc were measured by a BMW dealer Auric Auto and the discs were below the minimum of 22.4 mm.</p> <p>BMW SA say the disc need to be below 20 mm before theywill replace them which does not inspire confidence.</p> <p>Very dissappointed and it looks like the Motor Vehicle Ombudsman will be contacted to resolve the issue. </p>
