BMW’s failure to resolve ********* dealership behavioral issues and transgressions to customers: Ignoring Customers and not responding to complaints

BMW South Africa failed to assist me as their customer to resolve unacceptable, unprofessional, ********* behavior reported about Jhb Auto dealership and its employees, sakes persons, GM Sales, Marketing and whatever else on the title.

It has been months, I submitted my complaint over and over and over including the initially requested response subsequent to the dealership’s response & to date I being ignored with no bother from all emails I could think of emailing.

I find myself driving a car I don’t want anymore because the brand BMW is not what it used to be…I am definitely changing brands and net buying cars from a brand that careless about its customers.
