BMW X5 - REGISTRATION FV93ZNGP

We bought a BMW X5 in 2017 Registration no FV93ZNGP and the navigation just stopped working in 2024. I had the vehicle at BMW dealership and the error code that reflects this problem is "B7F87A - HU-H - Theft proofing mode active". The problem that I have is that after visiting a couple of BMW dealerships the first question was "was the radio replaced" and the only way to address this is through BMW TECHNICAL. All I can say is that nothing not even a battery (except Tyres) on this vehicle has been replaced to date. The vehicle just went to BMW dealerships for service. For the price we paid for this vehicle and having this kind of problem it is just not acceptable.
