BMW X5 - FV93ZNGP

me I raised an issue with the navigation of our BMW X5 that just stopped working while on my way to Hendrina in Mpumalanga. For a vehicle that cost me more than R1 200 000,00 you do not expect this to happen and is not acceptable. Furthermore the vehicle did go to Montana BMW (I did not make the booking) who sorted the navigation on the fourth day and once again I was informed that the radio has been changed. This really frustrates me…. I paid the bill and left. I do not know how this can happen while traveling???? I was informed again from BMW Customer Services that BMW Montana confirmed that the radio was indeed replaced by removing the unit and checking the serial number. Without any evidence or documentation identifying the responsible party, we are unable to conclusively determine who was responsible for the radio replacement. As such, we do not have proof of who replaced the radio in your vehicle.....this does not make sense as the navigation stopped working while on route. I have all movements of the vehicle from tracker from when this issue occurred.
