BMW Witbank a great experience with a small let-down

Great personality. Manager and staff very helpful in granting g my request for a special treat for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. It was a great experience. However, my request fir a golf shirt and/or model car as a gift was ignored. Would it have killed you guys financially if you had given me and her something other than photographs and video clips to remember this day?
