BMW USELESS SERVICE

So a month ago I received a notification from BMW advising that my registration papers were ****** from the courier company involved in high jacking. Whilst I understand the delays I cannot comprehend WHY it is taking so long. Every time I call BMW I am told management have escalated the requests. Well that is NOT GOOD ENOUGH ! Best you fire the person handling this as how many other people are sitting with the same issue . GET off your butts and put pressure on the licensing department . It does not take a month to print these documents . This is totally unacceptable and such bull**** ! I am now escalating this with BMW in Germany as maybe the can get this **** show sorted out !
