BMW unreliable car and lack off accountability!

The car I purchased is unreliable and has been taken to the dealer about 7 times since Dec 2017 to date, from brakes to battery issues. Both Northcliff where I purchased the vehicle and Midrand where I service the vehicle are sending me from pillar to post.

I am so dissatisfied with this brand and will never buy another BMW ever again!
