BMW Unprofessionalism costed me BIG TIME

My car was booked in at Sandton Auto Repair Centre for minor repairs.

Here is a list of the issues I encountered:

1. The paint work is not that great; there was a bubble on the new bumper that was spray painted. The colour coding is not the best. I had to return the car to get the bubble removed.
2. Some of the equipment on my car were defective; my hooter pitch had changed, the hand brake pouch was loose, and the remote control was also inoperative. The repaired only the pouch.
3. There was a price increase (R398) on one of the components that were replaced, and no one from the repair centre bothered to contact me or the insurance prior to replacing the part. When I went to collect the car, and I was told that the car would not be released had I not paid the difference. I have contacted the insurance regarding this issue and they have reverted me back to the repair centre. I have forwarded the email to Darren but to date he has done nothing about it.
4. I paid the total amount that was quoted via my bank and paid R280 to have it cleared immediately. I contacted Darren from the repair Centre to confirm with the finance department if the money has cleared at 15H40, but when I arrived at 16H45 at the repair centre I discovered that he did not check with the finance department to confirm if the money is reflecting. He told me to come back the next day!!!!
5. I addressed this with his manager but he was extremely rude and unwilling to assist. I then escalated the matter to customer relations, and they did not consider my side of the story at all.
6. I travelled from Kempton Park to the repair centre (Sandton) 4 times because they failed dismally to do things correctly.

Very bad experience and I am utterly disappointed!
