BMW unable to administer a website.

Booked for the M-Festival. IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the test-drive booking invitation I tried repeatedly to book via the email link, only to receive a "server busy" message repeatedly. Queried bmw sa's customer service email, received a reply 24hrs later - "site ok now, you can book". By that stage everything of interest had been booked. Bmw sa's response? "you can go to a dealer". Problem solved? NOT. Next car? My money, my choice.
