BMW - the worst car I've ever owned!

I sent a complaint to BMW South Africa on 18 May 2021. They indicated that they would make contact within 24-48 hours. I was only contacted a week later. I was then only contacted again 08 June after 18:00 the evening as it's not a convenient time to speak...only to be asked do I want to continue with the investigation, as to which I rep**** "yes as I indicated to you 2 weeks ago and this is a contributor as to why I don't want to own a BMW anymore". I was then contacted on 09 June during a meeting. I gave BMW representative a specific time to make contact as that's the only time that I have available on the day to speak, this is today 10 June '21. So he hasn't phoned me at the indicated time and I'm getting more and more sick of BMW products and service.
