BMW, such a dissapointment after so many years

Bought my bmw f30 in 2018. Had it for a year now and had over 69 problems with the car after the full diagnosis test was done. The cluster has been replaced twice now( or so they say and show) and still the car does not stop giving problems. From the cluster to the head lights, to the battery, to the spare key and so the list goes on. I tried returning the car and even taking the case further with the umbutsman but still no feedback or assistance. Once again, a heay after my car decided to give me another surprise with the diesel tank that just broke? How is that even possible. No assistance and no feedback after I have been a huge bmw fan, I am deeply disappointed. The most baddest car design ever. They should have never made dis vehicle.
