BMW Sovereign Vereeniging

Nov 2020 purchased new X3. Totally disappointed! Yesterday 25 March 2021 the vehicle was in for 3rd time as the brakes screaming when reversing. I have videos to prove this. I was told there is no fault.Video was sent by BMW Sovereign to BMW SA. I have driven BMW for 30 years and never have experience such poor service from the technical side! Should I send videos to BMW Germany???That is the next step..is the vehicle safe to drive? Someone please help...!
