BMW South African dealerships crash cars

I took my car to BMW Ermelo for repairs, but they couldn't fix it satisfactorily so it was taken back to the dealer. It came back leaking oil when it was taken back for the third time their driver(who is a manager in the branch) had an accident with the car and it was written off. Permission to drive the car was not requested and hence not granted. Investigations indicated that their driver was speeding. This took place in October 2022 and to this date, they have not paid a cent nor replaced my car instead they are applying delaying tactics and sending us from pillar to post. I need BMW SA to assist in this regard.
