BMW South Africa are running the global BMW Brand into the ground with a lack of concern or attention to Customer Concerns!

I recently had cause to complain about BMW South Africa's lack of accountability in honoring their Battery Warranty on EV's. To-date, despite having lodged what BMW call a CASE, I have had NO RESPONSE from BMW SA despite regular appeals for feedback.
