BMW smg shelly beach bad service

Bought a BMW X5 used car from BMW Shelly Beach in Natal April 2017 with extended warranty. Car front suspension broke November 2017 and the quote was R 48,000 to fix of which the extended warranty from this dealer should pay half the cost. Whent to them today one year later as they refuse to answer my phone calls and they never paid BMW menlyn as agreed, so I had to pay it in total to get the car back. Dont buy with BMW smg South coast at shelly Beach ever !! You will loose your money !! Stay far away !!
