BMW Sales team useless.

I have been requesting from BMW in Bloemfontein an test drive for the BMW ix. I have phoned 4 times. I have send 4 emails. I have placed 6 request to arrange test drive no one is coming back to me. It clearly shows that BMW has no interest in selling new cars. BMW sales teams are useless. Or BMW have got so many sales they are not interested in new Sales.
