BMW SA Useless Service

Recently went to BMW Bedfordview to purchase New BMW and a new Mini. They (being BMW SA) have installed a new system that has no focus on customer service. It has disempowered the sales team and even the Sales managers, in principle they have become human morsels. BMW has now moved from service first to absolutely forgetting who purchases their cars.
