Bmw sa the most disrespectful and lousy car dealership

Purchased a m140i and few months later aircon stopped working and car went into limp mode. Bmw said a stone went through the grill and hit the radiator I had to pay 11k which I did cash. Few months later and the same thing happened except now they quote me 17k and include a cover which was not included before. Bmw agent admitted that only now bmw are adding this cover because they have realised their mistake. I called bmw sa to lay a case of dissatisfaction and the service is terrible. I was promised regional manager Lehlohonolo Mosime would contact me days ago and now they just avoiding me. 700k for a car and this is how you get treated? Audi never ever gave me one issue and buying a bmw is my biggest regret
