BMW SA - SHOCKING SERVICE MOTORPLAN DEPT

BMW motorplan department shocking service..... they quote, allow the quote to expire without informing the customer that they will never offer a similar quote like that again...... all because I would like to only sell and purchase a new car in 2024 zero customer service !!! Don't think I will ever buy another BMW..... off to Mercedes / Audi / any other brand I go
