BMW SA produce **** reports suspected
On Tuesday 7 April 2015 I went to collect my car from Zambezi Auto. The car did not start and they proceeded to jump-start the car, drove home. Later I wanted to go out again and the car did not start. I contacted BMW On Call, they assisted by allowing jump-starting again, return the car and provided me with a rent car. I was informed that the battery would be tested and probably be replaced.

I made sure to e-mail Duron at BMW SA and enquired the status of two reports as requested regarding the initial incident, instead of the watered down report that says nothing.

On Friday morning I get a call from Zambezi Auto, the battery had been charged by the dealership and I may come pick up the car, but to make sure that the battery is working the car will stand over night to check if it will start. No cer*****y - no tests.

I call BMW, they ask me if I had been contacted by the dealership, but nothing from BMW Customer Care to assist my query. They had not even bothered to contact Zambezi Auto to find out if and what. Still have not been contacted after requesting a call before close of business. My question - what has BMW done if at all? I don't think they do anything but templates.
