BMW SA.......lowest level of service - rethink purchasing a BMW

In January 2015, I purchased a new BMW 428I Gran Coupe and Schitnzer fitted software upgrade. We were advised by the dealership at Auto Umhlanga, now SMG Umhlanga that AC Schitnzer is fully approved by BMW SA and that that should any fault or problem with the vehicle arise, it would still be covered under the motorplan. Feeling confident that our newly purchased vehilce will be covered we went ahead with the AC Schitnzer upgrade. A few months later around September or October, our vehicle had engine failure. At this point in time BMW SA went ahead and fitted a new engine. Within a few days our vehicle was roadworthy again. However after a month or two, we started to feel a lack of power from the vehicle. We had the vehicle booked in at Fors****s in Pinetown to try and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately the technicians said there was no issue with the vehicle. We drove it to Johannesburg and on our return to Durban the vehicle came up with a drive-train error. Again it was booked into Fors****s Pinetown, now Supertech Pinetown and they were still unable to diagnose the problem and the computer was reset. We decided to take it to another dealereship, SMG Durban with the hope of them perhaps diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately all they did was change the spark plugs and also reset the computer and advised the vehicle was ok. Upon driving again, my husband advised the dealership that the problem with the turbo lag still existed. We were brushed off on all occasions saying that there was absolutely no fault with the vehicle. On the 28 April, while the car was being driven by me a lady driver, the vehicle started to jerk in the midst of peak hour traffic and I was unable to drive it. I called BMW SA immediately and they had it towed by BMW on call to the dealership, Supertech Pinetown. They replaced the turbo actuator which they said was damaged and returned the vehicle to us a few days later. Again we advised the delatership immediately that the vehicle still felt as though it had turbo lag. Two days later the vehicle started jerking again and came up with the drive-train error. The vehicle was again towed by BMW on Call to Supertech Pinetown. That was on the 6 April 2016. Since then we have on several ocaasions contacted BMW SA with no response to our queries. I spoke to consultants who never returned any of my calls. Eventually on advising BMW SA that I was going onto Hellp Peter did I evtually get a response. However, we are now sitting with a huge problem, as the engine again needs to be replaced and BMW SA is now blaming the problem on the Schitnzer upgrade which was done by JSN Motors. They are both blaming each other and I am at the moment at the loosing end. JSN is insisting that BMW SA technicians prove
