BMW SA does not honour their suppliers!

BMW has blatantly told us that they will not be paying their supplier invoice owed to us. HR Company Solutions has a signed legal business contract with BMW which they now refuse to honour. All work was carried out completely and efficiently. There 3 complete projects done for BMW, the first was paid for but the last 2 have not. When presented and reminded several times of the outstanding monies, BMW responded telephonically that they simply will not be paying with no valid reason given. Absolutely shocking from a premium brand business in SA. We will be blacklisting BMW and will continue to fight this through litigation.
