BMW SA and Cedar Isle dont want to repair my 135i clutch

BMW SA is creating loopholes to avoid fixing my vehicles clutch at their own cost, they are blaming me and the previous owner on a product they claim to provide 2years warranty for, my car has only had an issue with the clutch which they replaced in November 2018 at 41000km, one year later they are refusing to replace the clutch , my car is on 56000km at the moment, so basically these people are saying the lifespan of a their product and workmanship can’t even go past 15000km / 1 year? My car is in an immaculate condition, never raced, previous owner just like me is a meticulous and mature man, with a collection of BMWs there’s just no way that the driving style could have damaged the car.
