Bmw Rustenburg service non existent!!

Went in to the Bmw in Rustenburg motorcycle devision to ask for a quote on spares the bloke in charge of the operation took my email address and said that he would email it to me after a week of waiting i phoned him and he was very apologetic about it and said he would mail me wright away after a week i got it picked up by a courier at centurion motorad that sent me a quote in a hour from asking for it.

Now i need to have my f800 gs serviced and do not have the time to take it to centurion motorad because it seems they are the only bmw dealership that gives a ****, i went to the online booking service and booked my bike in with all details required. One week went by so today i phoned them got transferred to the motorcycle dep and was cut off, phoned again all details of bike and myself was taken to and was promised to get back to me with my date. Still nothing!!!!!

How de bliksem do they make money if the customer service is so ridiculously ****!!!!

If you dont want to assist me say so then i will buy a different make bike from someone that actually wants to assist their customers.

Utterly disappointed in bmw that i love and have ridden for almost 10years now, what went wrong???
