BMW Rossburgh- pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service at BMW Rossburgh. Everyone from Rudolph the Dealer Principal to the service staff do not return telephone calls. I’ve reported a fault with my vehicle every time that it went in for a service which has not been repaired to date. I have made in excess of 10 calls for the service manager and dealer principal to call me, however none of them have bothered to.
