BMW robbing clients

BMW has currently debited my account incorrectly for 2 months. It seems like they are doing this to rob clients. It is disgusting that such a big luxury brand cannot get their debits right. I called them both months and they insisted they would sort it out but they have not as yet. I am wasting my time, energy and money trying to resolve this. Do not buy a BMW if you want great service throughout your ownership of the brand Their financial services is pathetic. They will rob you and not help you. Their call center staff are poorly trained and don't understand basic finance or how to resolve problems. All they say is they are escalating it.
