BMW roadside assistance what a fail 😡😡😡

Had a tire burst in witbank. Just about 1 km from bmw emalahleni. BMW roadside assist says they don’t have a tire to loan me. Worse part I’m still awaiting to be towed 3 hours later. I’m in the city about 1 km from their dealership and I have to be the one who keeps calling them despite all the call agents to return calls on a few minuets. I’m super frustrated
