BMW Replaces parts under warranty

I purchased a BMW from Clearwater BMW in October 2014. It was a demo model G650GS Sertao. The clutch started feeling faulty, and i brought it to their attention.<br> Morne gave my case forward to BMW SA for replacement under warranty (even though i was under the impression that Clutches was not covered under warranty).<br> They replaced my clutch plates, liner plates, and even the clutch lever mechanism.<br> <br> These guys at Clearwater BMW makes you feel like you are their most important customer.<br> I will never deal with any other branch.<br> <br> Big thank you to everyone at Clearwater BMW, especially Rolien who administered the entire process, and Morne who worked on the bike!<br> <br> Thanks to service like this i will always do business with BMW Clearwater!
