BMW refuses to take responsibility for Lyndhurst

BMW SA as defranchised Lyndhurs Auto Melrose. My car has been in and out of this dealership for over 6 months spending about R75,000 worth of repairs and my has not been fixed. <br> <br> BMW SA told me to tow the car to BMW Sandton 2 weeks ago which I did. Now they tell me there is nothing they can help me with since Lyndhurst Auto is closed. Worse still, they tell me I am not the only client in this situation. Matter closed.<br> <br> BMW SA as the franchisor is ultimately responsible for this mess. They defranchized a dealer and did not put a back up in place for customers who trust and buy their brand! Parts used for this major service are from them and still under warranty. They must make right this situation...
