BMW Quality & Motorplan (YOU NEED TO READ THIS IF YOU OWN A BMW OR ABOUT TO BUY ONE!!)

ALL BMW OWNERS & PEOPLE ABOUT TO OWN A BMW PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY ANY OF THE NEW BMW MODELS CARS!!

I have a BMW 3 series Sedan 2017 Msport Auto. It has all the extras and it is my third 3 series within a space 7 years. But it will be my last after my most recent experience. I bought my car in Jan 2018, it was a pre-owned car with 8 000km on the clock. I had brake disks and pads replaced on this car in Feb as they sold me a car with corroded disks and pads. It was replaced by BMW after being declined and i had to fight for it to be authorized.

Now even with new disks and pads i have a horrible brake noise when i brake at low speed. I took my car in on two occasions where the BMW dealership could not resolve the problem. On my third try BMW SA has declined authorizing the dealership to replace break pads as they say it has blue spots so its my driving style that caused this to happen.

BMW just fit new disks and pads in Feb, its is only September and i put on less than 3-4000kms but they wont replace the disks!!!! Due to their investigation by BMW technical department the Motorplan declined and wont cover the new disks as the assumption is "my driving style caused the breaks to squeeke". The ****** are robbing me and what kind of a Motorplan investigates whether you are cause or not before they fix your car?!!

The underlying factor is i have not even taken this car on a long distance drive, hardly drive it fast so the fault lies with the "quality" of a BMW vehicle. For break disks that are less than 7 months old to form blue spots is ridiculous. What kind of quality are these cars made with and BMW SA are such a desperate bunch of people from the technical , to account managers, regional managers that they are ever so happy to push blame on a consumer who without them wont have a dam Job. I am going to take this matter much further and ensure people know how BMW are ripping them off and still charging a fortune for their vehicles.

What if happens to you as well? You will be in my situation where due to their assumption that " your driving style is the cause" you need to fix this on your own account even though you are under motor-plan.

People please refrain from buying new BMW models, these ****** will rob you one day and when that day comes it will be too late with all the you have paid for the car. I regret and look forward to taking on BMW in every way possible.
