BMW POOR QUALITY MATERIAL USED ON THE INTERIOR .POOR CUSTUMER SUPPORT

I own a BMW 2012 F30 335i that’s been service up to present at BMW dealership. I have a concern with interior poor quality or substandard material used . The front passenger and driver inner handles are cracking and have become rubbery and gooey to the extent that your hands gets sticky .The front door pad the leather is pulling away .The markings on the steering wheel is fading away .This not wear or tear but just poor quality materials used. Refer to the attached pictures . I did a search on the internet and this a common problem experienced by many owners. My request is that you replace these items under a customer value add service I did receive an email response from there support that they are not willing to look or investigate the matter ... Such poor service
