BMW - poor brand - substandard parts - don't care company

<p> My front wheel are making noise and brake pads still at 80% and they want me to replace and pay for new brake pads...the noise is so bad as if i am not taking care of the car whereas is because of substandards brake pads fitted on my car. </p>
