BMW polokwane service department

BMW polokwane service department is trash. I took my car for a service and I was the first person there. Around 13h00 they called and told me there’s no oil so my car will be released the following day, I agreed. The next day they told me the oil hasn’t arrived so I should come fetch my car they will call as soon as it arrives. I’m still waiting for their call two weeks later, no one seems to care
