BMW Polokwane is beyond useless

I am very annoyed and disappointed by the horrible service from BMW Polokwane, I took my car for a quality check in March 2022 in order to change over the motor plan from the previous owner to my details. To my amazement 4 months later I learn the change of details never took place which means I can’t service my vehicle . On the very same day when they did the quality check they were meant to also service the vehicle but unfortunately they didn’t update the service history on the car so I don’t even know if the service was really done.

To make matters worse today I drove 281 km out of Polokwane to service my car at another dealership because BMW Polokwane told me they could only service my car on 10 August. This is how I got to learn that the motor plan was never updated and now the other dealership is unable to service my vehicle because the motor plan is not in my name and I will need to wait 48hours for the change to go through.

So it’s clear that the people at Polokwane go to work to sleep they can’t update the service history and didn’t even submit my documents for the change of ownership. So I basically paid Polokwane just to waste my time.

I will never step foot in that useless place
