BMW Pathetic service

<p>BMW aftersale service is pathetic. I am so disappointed in BMW I can not express myself. I forwarded a compliant even the complaint service is not assisting.BMW did not change oil during a service after an average of 20 000km interval and now my car has a sludge they say no they only changed brakes then and I drove car over service. I thought no the car just went for a service it can't be minus owing a service again.I am going to Toyotacoz they know it's common sense after so much KM a major service must be done. Never BMW and key reader nonsense. the worse part they told me they can't fix the car they don't know what is wrong. The manufacturers of BMW don't know what is wrong.</p>
