BMW on Call - shocking service

My BMW X4d was filled with PETROL instead of Diesel by an ******** fuel attendant. I drove the car about 500 meters and then it seized. Logged a call with BMW on Call at 10:00 this morning. it is now 3pm, and my car has still not been towed. Despicable service
