BMW not taking responsibility 4 my broken down car

Hi,<br> <br> In September 2015 i took my car to BMW in Newcastle for repairs as the car was using too much oil . I then got a quote of R 12 000 to fix the issue in which i paid for them to fix. I got the car back from them but returned it soon after as my car was still complaining about oil. I was then advised by them that the car is fine and only the sensor needs to be changed. I then got the car back from them on the 3rd of October 2015. I used the car for about 5 days and on the 9th of October the car broke down on my way from work in JHB. <br> <br> I then towed the car back to my house as i didn't have money for it to be looked at.A few weeks later, the dealership where i bought the car called me and towed the car to assess what the issue could be. After assessing they told me that bearings in the engine have seized due to low oil in the car. I immediately called BMW to tell them that my car broke down because of the issue they were supposed to fix. BMW responded by telling me that since i didn't take the car back to them they will not help me<br> <br> The quote i got to fix this problem is estimated to be R 40 000. Please help me fix this as BMW does not want to take responsibility
