BMW NOT on Call.

BMW On Call? BMW or Not on Call? Shocking service. Because I managed to move my car to safety in stead of leaving it in the lane of traffic, I was offered NO assistance beyond an offer to find a towing company at my own cost. Yes, I do mean NO ASSISTANCE. The dealer BMW Bryanston was wonderful in assisting, but BMW On Call, you get a zero out of ten for turning my proactive approach against me. If you have no staff available, no cars available or no spare tyres available, why not admit it? But that's your problem. Not mine.
