BMW no Parts For MY New Car !!!!!!

I received my new Car BMW 428i convertible last year November after waiting 3 month for the car to arrive, day later i found that the Driver Seat is damaged i then reported the matter immediately to BMW centurion i was asked to bring the car to check it out which i did i was then told that the will book my car in for Repair which i did, i was told they need to order parts to fix it i then waited for a month for a part to arrive book my car in then i was told that wrong parts was ordered waited another month same story wrong parts ordered after waiting for 5 month, I was told today that the is no parts for my Car only on the manufacturing side parts are available, i ask them what do i do now , he then told me he logged a case with BMW South Africa i just have to wait , what a POOR Delivery from BMW how can a New Model Not Have Parts Available ?<br>
