BMW no help whatsoever - not unusual experience

Yet again BMW fails to assist! I cannot believe that this company deals in the luxury market and has German origins and connections! A BMW key were taken at a Bryanston Shell garage by a woman driving a red, BMW convertible. I sent head office customer services pictures and requested them to assist in contacting the individual on our behalf by tracking her down through her registration no, I got a response re POPI - a quick response to try and get rid of me.
