BMW Nelspruit ********** Dealership!!
I am completely appalled and disappointed at the service received at BMW Nelspruit. I bought a car from them in June of 2017 under the assumption that they are a reputable dealership which does everything above board only to find out they purposely withhold information on vehicle in order to process the sale. On the day I bought by car it already had an engine failure and I had to take in for repairs on the engine, a process which took 3 weeks to resolve! A new engine has to be fitted in the car. The dealership gave me confidence in the fact that this would be resolved and that they did not have any knowledge of this. I trusted them and waited patiently because I though they were a reputable dealership which did thing by the book. I was soon to find out that I was wrong. It is now a year later and I want to sell off the car only to find out after 3 independent evaluations that the car was involved in an accident and was re-sprayed along the whole passenger side. This was news to me because BMW did not at any point bother to mention this at any point in the sales process. This is obviously unfair to me as a client because this could have changed my purchase decision. I feel like I have been treated unfairly and that I have been taken complete advantage of. The Dealer Principle wasted no time in telling me how "unreasonable" I am being when confronted with this issue even going as far as being arrogant in his response by quickly stating that "I had no proof". In addition to this complaint I will ne writing to the ombudsman, CPA and I will be taking legal action against BMW Nelspruit for engaging in a ********** transaction. All customers must beware of this dealership.
