BMW Motorrad - Don't waste your time - go somewhere else

An order was placed for a motorbike bike part in February which i needed to pay upfront for. Since then i have been given the run-around as to when the order would be delivered. I have personally been to see BMW motorrad Fourways twice to ask about about this with no success, no one can give me an answer. For the last 2 months now i have been trying to get a response from ANYONE at BMW and no one has had the decency to even call me back and explain the situation. I have asked for a refund i have asked for information, i have asked for the right person to speak to but all i receive is radio silence. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from a different manufacturer. This issue has been going on since February and still no idea what is going on. - Do not waste your time here!!!!
