Bmw montana lmg treat customers like ****

I went to montana bmw lmg group to see service adviser which was good!! I went to look at the pre owned cars and not even one salesman stood up and asked me if they can help?? I had to ask sorry what is the prices on the cars!!! Even the new car sales not even one salesman asked if they can help!! Seems if you are dressed in normal chlothes they treat you like ****!! I wanted to buy an x5 for my father and new m8 for me but lmg will never see me again!! Pathetic how they treat customers!!
